We are seeking a talented and motivated female candidate to join our team as a Corporate Sales Fresher with an MBA degree. As a Corporate Sales Fresher, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue and building strong relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and plans aimed at achieving sales targets and objectives. Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and explore opportunities for business expansion. Identify and approach potential corporate clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities. Present and promote our products and services to key decision-makers within target organizations. Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Gain an understanding of their business needs, challenges, and goals, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful execution of sales initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: A recent female graduate with an MBA degree (specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and address client needs effectively. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
