Job Description


Responsibilities Rupyo has been growing lean for the past 6 months and is now building its core team to accelerate growth. We are looking for someone who is experienced in Sales & Business Development and who will be responsible for establishing Rupyo as a preferred solution for Employers to control attrition and empower employee financial wellness. She/He will be responsible for acquiring new Corporate Clients. The goal is to increase visibility for Rupyo\'s product amongst the HR community and bring forth the benefits Rupyo can offer to their employees and ultimately their organization. Core Responsibilities Lead the execution of sales processes - from lead generation, Customer qualification, initial customer engagement to successful closure. Highly results-driven, comfortable working in a fast-moving and multi-tasking environment. Achieve the set targets - monthly, quarterly - in terms of new Corporate acquisitions and User (Employee) Base expansion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements. Track and analyze competitor activities to formulate/refine go-to-market strategies to ensure shorter sales closure time, conversion ratio and market expansion. Identify and Partner with ecosystem stakeholders to spur the organic and inorganic acquisition of employers and employees. Use technology to demonstrate and promote programs and spur the early stage growth while building strategies which are aligned with the long term vision of Rupyo. Consistently review the processes and execution along with the founding team to maximize effectiveness. Participate and contribute meaningfully in strategy discussions with the Leadership. Qualifications 0 - 4 years of experience in Corporate Sales , Business Development in any growth stage startup with knowledge of financial products and the fintech/human resources ecosystem. Fintech/HRMS/SaaS Sales experience will be preferred. Proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, Enterprise sales. Experience in B2B2C is an added advantage. Must have strong networking, communication and conflict management skills . Capable of engaging with CXO\'s/CHRO\'s of mid to large corporations. Existing relationships with CHRO\'s will be an added advantage.
