Summary As a VT/STAR trainer in Bangalore, India, you will support more than 40 students in order to integrate them as members of staff with a high sense of responsibility and efficiency. This includes their whole lifecycle: Role:
Recruiting: interviewing applicants, making hiring decisions, feedback of interviews
On-boarding and training: supporting onboarding of new students and training, including technical topics
Development and career advice: coaching, developing, and guiding students as well as giving them continuous feedback by utilizing existing HR processes and supporting their conversion process
Project and process management: carrying out local and global VT/STAR projects
Marketing activities: Supporting marketing activities and promoting our programs at marketing events
Networking: building relationships with our external partner universities as well as with the respective internal business departments in Bangalore, India; represent SAP VT/STAR internal and external working groups and boards as well as governmental institutions
Role and Requirements
Degree / Masters in Business or Informatics, technical background is of importance
Project management and coordination skills
Team player with strong communication skills
Experiences with new technologies and insights in technology trends
Ability to work in a structured, proactively and self-organized manner
Proven ability to successfully work in distributed teams and across cultures
Ability to deal with conflicts and contribute to their solution
