Job Description

We\'re looking for an Insurance corporate Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets. Responsibility :- Develop, implement, and maintain the internal and/or external sales strategy and processes to -maximize the organization\'s profit potential- Promote the organization\'s products and services to new and current clients- Ensure all clients are satisfied and that the quality of the services they provide meet or exceed -customer expectations - Liaise with clients on regular bases to understand their needs, resolve client complaints and issues, develop new business, and to provide value- Review current and prospective clients accounts to identify business opportunities, analyze opportunities, and promote sales growth- Guiding the company\'s sales efforts and resolving complex insurance issues- Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actions- Handle internal and client inquiries and complaints- Create sales strategies, action plans and budgets.Requirement:-- Bachelor\'s degree or 5+ years proven experience in a sales management role- 2+ years proven experience with managing a book of business- Excellent understanding of insurance products and markets - Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers- Understands business challengesFor More info:-Mobile :-8128175786hr simran (ref:updazz.com)
