Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment.


QAD is seeking a Remote Working Contract Recruiter who has experience in IT recruitment in India. The role entails working on Job Boards and attracting candidates via social media. The individual will play a key role in identifying tech talent for QAD. You will gain exposure to working with a multinational organization and being involved in the entire recruitment life cycle. This is a 6-month contract position that can be extended based on performance.

What you’ll do:

• Identifying and sourcing candidates from job boards and social media
• Conducting first-level interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Tracking candidates on ATS and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
• Good exposure working on Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Immediate joining
