The Contract Management Analyst will be accountable for executing tasks assigned by the HSCC Due Diligence Lead in order to progress contract management tasks in a timely manner
The Contract Management Analyst will be primarily responsible for ensuring the contract signature process happens effectively across Flutter divisions
The Contract Management Analyst will act as a point of contact for contract related queries and report requests from key stakeholders across the Flutter Group and the relevant divisions
The Contract Management Analyst will process relevant contract expiries and renewals and liaise with SRPM to ensure the Supplier Offboarding process is fulfilled where Supplier Relationships are ending
Responsibilities:
The Contract Management Analyst will be responsible for the management of the contract signature processing function across Flutter divisions through performing the relevant follow up checks to ensure contracts are returned signed in a timely manner and by the correct signees
The Contract Management Analyst will act as a point of contact for Flutter stakeholders with queries regarding Contracts
Maintain and provide quality assurance on the Flutter Contracts repository
Managing the contract renewal and contract expiry process and liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment on these processes
Managing the Contracts team email inbox and answering queries in a timely manner
Liaising with SRPM team to ensure supplier offboarding exit sheets are completed when a Supplier Relationship is ending
Becoming a champion of the Procurement policy, through fielding questions from various internal business units
Coordinate tickets with system support for resolution of system issues, improvements and project rollouts
Skills:
Degree level educated candidates are desired but not essential
Experience working in a data analysis/Procurement environment is desirable but not essential
Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to use initiative and solve problems
Ability to read and understand different types of legal agreements
Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
