Job Description

Are you passionate to work as an organisational Change Management Analyst for a contract role for 6months. Than this is the position which you should apply! We are looking for Change Management Analyst who you will report into Senior Director Change Management and be responsible for ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

What will you be doing?

• Your will contribute to be partnering with the project managers and business leaders to implement organisational change strategies and plans that improve employee adoption usage whilst minimising resistance.
• You will have to work with many others in the organisation to ensure that the change is understood and embedded. Support senior leaders and executives in assisting them to fulfil the role of change sponsor and assist local HR teams to support their managers and employees through transitions.
• You will work in partnership project teams in into organizational change activities into their project plans and in maintaining an overall change plan and other documentation to bring difficulty to the management of change.
• Complete end-to-end change impact and change readiness assessments, and use the results to drive engagement activities.
• Defines and supports the deployment and organisational change strategy and approach the projects. Actively drives key collaborator and change recipient engagement approach, to ensure consistent management of expectations and communication to key customers and end-users by all programme team members.
• Proactively works with the local Change Champions to build and tailor localised training and change materials, and subsequently to ensure change is embedded.

What will you need to be successful?

• Education: Bachelor\'s or equivalent experience or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business administration or a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience of delivery/deployment, organisational change and comms delivery experience for a large, multi-market organisation.
• Extensive exposure working with senior collaborators both within and outside of the organisation. Ability to set and balance priorities, resources, goals, and project initiatives.
• Superb communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to engage with collaborators at various levels and across culture.
