Facilitator, Continuous Excellence program at Sun Pharma - Driving LEAN Six Sigma initiatives through Continuous

Excellence program at Sun Pharma across all the plants in India and also nurture Total Quality Management and LEAN culture

The role will report to DGM and Lead for Continuous Excellence

• Coordinating, organizing and conducting capability building programs on Six Sigma, TPM, TQM & LEAN Initiatives
• Prepare strategy and road map for implementing above mentioned initiatives.
• Provide Coaching/Mentoring to the plants for identifying, selecting and resolving problems by using Six Sigma methodology.
• Developing and implementing structure for driving Six Sigma (YB, GB, BB, etc.) projects
• Organize promotional activities to promote the culture of Six Sigma
• Partnering with external agencies for providing trainings on Six Sigma
• Ensure discipline and cadence of reviews of projects with each team as well as with plant leadership teams and publishing of reports to Manager
• Provide guidance to all the teams at each step of Six Sigma.
• Monitoring and tracking tangible benefits achieved through LEAN Six Sigma projects
• Publish Monthly MIS on progress of LEAN Six Sigma
• Drive relevant Rewards and Recognition by evaluating projects
• Design and prepare innovative ways of trainings apart from class room training

• BE or B tech or Pharma graduate with minimum experience of 10 to 12 years in driving LEAN SIX Sigma, Continuous Excellence program, etc.
• In depth Strategic and executing knowledge on LEAN Six Sigma
• Good Analytical Skill
• Can impart training on Six Sigma (DMAIC)
• Hands on Experience on Minitab
• Good Communication & Leadership Skill
• Ability to guide team on Six Sigma, TQM & LEAN practices
• Enthusiastic and Passionate to drive Continuous Excellence
• Good team player
• Ability to work with people across hierarchy levels
• Willing to travel across India as per requirement
• Can work on Microsoft office (Power point, Excel, Word, etc.)
