Duties & Responsibilities: * Be familiar with sanitation regulations * Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc * Cook food in a timely manner * Assign tasks to kitchen staffs * Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen * Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed * Experiment with new recipes * Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations * Modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy) Requirements: * Proven work experience as a chef or cook * Good communication skills * Great time management skills * Strong organizational skills * Ability to do multi-tasking * Leadership skills * Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques * Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes * Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
