Think Of It Foundation is a non-profit organization run by the youth to contribute to the nation and aims towards youth leadership and talent upliftment. The youth with a broader mind, different perspectives, and openness to changes can suggest creative and new ideas that can be really useful. As the name suggests, we want the youth to examine the current situation and our country's problems regarding education, policies, etc., and suggest ways to contribute towards the betterment. The youth is often underestimated but they are very ambitious and are full of potential.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform market research & expand outreach
2. Optimize copy for content marketing
3. Curate, research, and write short-form content
4. Work on social media promotion and management of content
5. Respecting estimated project timelines
6. Work closely with the editor to finalize content writers and ensure all copies are error-free and ensure timelines are met
7. Create content briefs and upload them to the platform
8. Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
9. Create compelling headlines and content that will capture the attention of the target audience
10. Work on competitive analysis
