Think Of It Foundation is a non-profit organization run by the youth to contribute to the nation and aims towards youth leadership and talent upliftment. The youth with a broader mind, different perspectives, and openness to changes can suggest creative and new ideas that can be really useful. As the name suggests, we want the youth to examine the current situation and our country\'s problems regarding education, policies, etc., and suggest ways to contribute towards the betterment. The youth is often underestimated but they are very ambitious and full of potential.

About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on primary responsibilities such as planning/conceptualizing, designing, execution/distribution, and promotion
2. Assist politicians/parties in developing their campaign platforms on social media, creating ads and posts to execute the campaign, and distributing and promoting them to the audience
3. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
4. Plan, create, publish, and share new content daily that builds meaningful connections, increases awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the politician
5. Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns

Requirements:

1. An aspirant must have a bachelor\'s degree, while some may prefer pursuing a degree in political science, journalism, communication, or PR
2. A background in political or legislative campaigns, along with experience in marketing, is a plus
3. Must have brilliant political understanding and knowledge of how social media can be best harnessed to derive fair mileage out of political campaigns
