About the team:
The team is responsible for the overall brand reputation management of Paytm. Key elements of this team is to identify and draft suitable media plans for each vertical of paytm. The media approach and plan should be in line with business objectives and goals.


About the role:
As a part of the social media team, the candidate shall be responsible for writing copy for a variety of mediums such as social media, ad films, videos, online advertising and more, Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and legal to assess project needs and help with messaging, Drive brand consistency across all company communications, Stay up to date on current trends and competitors within the editorial sphere, See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment.


Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Produce original, high-quality written content that meets the goals of the project while also maintaining the requirements and the brand standards of Paytm.
2. Research and develop written content/stories/articles/explainers that align with the project\xe2\x80\x99s tasks.
3. Help formulate the visual style for pieces, including data visualizations and infographicsActively participate in creative brainstorms
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and designers to ensure timely publishing of content.
5. Conducting research to learn about current trends in the market, developments and perceptions about the subject matter.


Skills/Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:
1.Minimum 4 years of experience in writing, reviewing, editing and updating content for company websites, blogs and marketing materials and social media platforms.
2.Possess an eye for design and basic knowledge in design software such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or Canva Ability to think of new innovative ideas to constantly get the brand and products out to the masses and embedded
3.Strong command of branding, brand story-telling on social & performance marketing
4.Strong writing skills \xe2\x80\x94 ability to teach others to become better copy / script writers (Hindi & English) Long & short copy skills \xe2\x80\x93 SMS, Emailers, Push notifications, Website Copy, SEO articles etc.
5.Close attention to detail \xe2\x80\x94 ability to use nuances to carry out an idea or a theme in a video project
6.Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
7.Lead static creative development for all performance marketing campaignsLead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas Revise content and creative, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team


Education:
Any Graduate or Postgraduate/ MBA
