Content Team Lead
Job Description
What will you do in this role?
Lead and manage a team of research analysts and content writers.
Review client needs, define the problem statement, and establish success criteria.
Research industries, markets, and products/services. Develop a clear thesis, message, and
delivery style.
Review and guide the research of the team.
Write engaging content for print and digital media, including online, mobile, social, and
video.
Edit and proof all client outputs to ensure high quality standards..
Stay current on key trends and competitors within the advertising/digital industry.
Collaborate with the creative and client services teams to produce impactful advertising
campaigns.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from inception through delivery.
What are we looking for?
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
Bachelor\'s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Mass Communication
5+ years experience in content marketing or copywriting for digital and/or print media
Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams
Ability to think strategically and creatively with an eye for detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and ability to break-down complex subjects in
simple forms
Ability to adapt different writing styles such as quirky, humorous, inspiring, and adventurous Expertise in developing content and managing interactions for social media
