ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES As an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Content Author Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of content authors and overseeing the creation, management, and optimization of digital content within the AEM platform. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing teams, designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and engaging content across multiple channels. Qualifications . 8+ years of overall experience. . 5 years or content authoring experience and 4 year of experience in AEM authoring. . Strong experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or a similar content management system (CMS). . Proven experience leading and managing a team of content authors or digital marketers. . In-depth knowledge of content creation, management, and optimization best practices. . Experience with stakeholder management is a must. . Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts. . Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. . Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
