The position requires someone with excellent leadership skills to manage day to day content operations while leading the team towards long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing a clear marketing strategy, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, and generating demand for UX in relevant markets.ResponsibilitiesAs a successful hire, our Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the Content Marketing Operations for Koru UX Design. They will combine creativity and business acumen to come up with new ways to do demand and lead generation for User Experience. They will report to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the business leaders to increase Koru's market reach.- Create content strategy to generate blogs, guests posts, newsletters, social media posts, infographics, and other marketing collaterals.
- Lead the marketing team to execute the content strategy using Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and SEO Analysts.
- Monitor the performance of different content assets and report on them from time to time.
- Identify promotion channels fit for content promotion.
- Edit the content to turn into a compelling pieces that showcase Koru's authority.
- Optimise blog and promotional content around high impact keywords.
- Identify which content will target customers at the top, middle and bottom of the funnel.
- Set up campaign goals, continuously track traffic, measure lead conversions from content.
- Come up with new ways to drive high quality leads from content.Requirements
