About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will take ownership of all content-related needs of the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Develop an impactful content program around key themes and anchor assets to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and earned media.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, design, and campaign marketing teams to develop content plans and calendars.
  • Drive an audience-first mindset and create whitepapers, blogs, videos, infographics, and other thought leadership content to grow top-of-funnel leads and brand awareness.
  • Ensure writing style and messaging are developed and maintained with a customer-centric point of view and brand guidelines.
  • Work with internal and external executives and subject-matter experts to develop compelling content.
  • Write content based on in-depth customer persona research, competitive analysis, SEO and keyword research, industry/market research, and conversations with sales/product marketing teams.
  • Curate/forecast original content topics across content styles - long-and, short-form blog posts, case studies, PR, whitepapers, reports, social media infographics, videos, and more.
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on the performance of content pieces.
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline
  • Experience overseeing editorial operations for B2B SaaS brands
  • Familiarity with SEO, keyword research methods, WordPress, GA, and reporting.
  • A proven track record of creating content with original ideas that offers something unique to the readers/viewers/customers
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating a genuine openness to feedback
  • Has driven a multi-channel content/editorial strategy while working with cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in using customer data/insights to inform campaign strategy and planning
  • Experienced in developing, managing, and analyzing content amplification strategies.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and create a clean, concise, well-polished copy
  • Experience with US customers is an added advantage.
