Sr. People Success Specialist -
The People Success Specialist role broadly comprises talent development, people operations
and talent acquisition.
The incumbent would design, develop and deliver strategic employee learning and development
programs including, but not limited to, management and competency based development,
onboarding, hiring and other policies and processes related work.
This role also requires you to manage the Learning Management System and Knowledge
Management System. As a people success specialist, your work will also comprise data analysis
related to learning needs and interventions, business/ functional insight, performance metrics
etc.
In this role the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
? Support the implementation of programs and initiatives either through direct coordination
or by enabling others to deliver them
? Managing data related to people development and enabling others to use collaborative,
digital tools
? Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
? Collaborate with colleagues to implement leadership, talent development, and
performance programs and new initiatives
? Research internal and external options to address organization's needs
? Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
? Assist in development and implementation of people policies
? Undertake tasks around performance management
? Gather and analyze data with useful people metrics, like time to hire and attrition rate etc.
? Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee
development initiatives
? Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
? Sharing function/ business wise insights and data with respective teams for development
purposes
Qualifications and Education Requirements
? Graduate/ Masters in HR
? Any other relevant field, Bcom, BA, BSc would be considered if they possess relevant 1-2
years' experience
