We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage our content publication project. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and proactive in managing content networks and ensuring the smooth function of the content publication process. The candidate should have excellent spoken and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and in-house employees. The candidate should also be able to assess the quality of content for the purposes of recruitment and also maintaining quality levels. People with experience or interest in managing content delivery would be an ideal fit.
Responsibilities
Schedule and manage the delivery of content from the content networks including in-house writers, freelance writers, and content agencies.
Scout and recruit quality content delivery resources including freelancers and agencies.
Negotiate prices with content delivery agencies and freelancers for high-quality bulk content.
Brief new recruits regarding content requirements and assist them in high-quality content delivery.
Draft instruction files and conduct checks to maintain the quality of delivered content.
Communicate with the content delivery networks in case of grievances and resolve issues.
Work closely with the SEO (publication) team to gauge content requirements and ensure timely transfer of delivered content.
Plan and strategize to ensure that content demands and content targets are met regularly.
Strategize the optimal use of content resources for business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in public relations, marketing, journalism, or English (preferred, not essential).
- Background and proven track record in the digital marketing field (industry knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent networking skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
