Job Brief: We are looking for a qualified Content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and metrics to identify best practices. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
• Using excellent research skills to craft your content in a way that compels your readers to keep reading and do what you want them to do.
• Ability to create easy-to-read content, make complex topics simple, write compelling conclusions, develop an attention-grabbing introduction, and include the most suitable vocabulary for a specific context.
• Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
• Edit, proofread, and improve writers\xe2\x80\x99 posts.
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop an event calendar and ensure content team is on board.
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g., copyright and data protection)
• Stay up to date with trends and generate new ideas to draw the audience\xe2\x80\x99s attention.

Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

• 5 years of proven work experience as a Content manager
• Any degree in Journalism, literature, or relevant field
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Wix, Joomla etc)
• Familiarity with various project management tools, such as Notion and JIRA
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9800,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
