Information Blurb (30 second elevator pitch)
We are looking for a Content Analyst for our remote team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on our award-winning multimedia products in the in the academic and K-12 markets. The team consists of 10-12 multiskilled Content Analysts and is reporting to the Team Manager. We have a great skill set in academic content to complete media ingestion (video, text and audio), bibliographic and descriptive metadata application for curated content databases and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in leading online product processes and releases as well as knowledge of common library metadata standards and subject classifications.

What will you be doing in this role?
Ensure content updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner, meeting both throughput and quality targets
Identify and report problems that may affect your ability to meet these targets; demonstrate responsiveness to feedback and ability to collaborate in efforts to improve workflows where necessary to ensure targets are met and ultimately exceeded
Provide input to estimates on throughput targets, creating project plans as required to scope and manage content updates
Support other Curation staff: be able to explain the team's indexing tools and processes when asked
Create, edit, and update project-related documentation
Enter data in content management system, including text formatting, image placement, captioning, metadata, subject terms, topic indexing, abstracting, web linking, and other editorial enrichment
Perform document control, end of production cycle completeness, and accuracy tasks as assigned
Review and identify source materials for product inclusion based on criteria and budget
Other assignments as needed within the above skillset
About the Team
As a member of the Curation team, you will work collaboratively with the broader Content Operations group that creates content for our product portfolio, helping libraries, faculty, students, publishers, and other information professionals discover content and context in support of their research and learning. The role will be based in India with the opportunity for remote workplace assignment.
As a Content Analyst focused on content processing, metadata application, and quality processes within the Curation group of ProQuest--a part of Clarivate--you will be part of a team of curators that processes content and applies bibliographic and descriptive metadata across a variety of product lines and media types.

8 hours per day (Full-time)
Workdays: Monday to Friday
