About Infrastructure Consulting Infrastructure Consulting in Deloitte has a team of over 100 professionals focusing providing advisory services to various Infrastructure sectors. The sectors include Industrial Infrastructure, Tourism, Water Supply & Sewerage, Urban & Rural Infrastructure Development, Waste Management (solid & liquid), Aviation, Roads & Highways, Bus Transport, Metrorail, Railways, Tourism, Ports, Agriculture, Energy and Resources, Social Sector (Health & Education). Role & responsibilities These roles are specific to the Infrastructure Consulting team wherein the selected candidates will be expected to work in a team that provides advisory services to clients working in infrastructure sector especially Industrial Infrastructure sector . Typically, the services include strategic advisory & roadmaps, business planning, pre-feasibility/feasibility studies, DPR, project proposals, program management, project management, project implementation support, bid process management, monitoring & evaluation, financial management including financial modelling, project finance, PPP advisory, transaction advisory, market assessments, institutional development, process improvement, diagnostic surveys, project development, monitoring & evaluation, GoI Schemes for Central Financial Assistance etc. The selected candidate is expected to: Have an interest and previous working experience of similar nature in Industrial Infrastructure sector. The other adjacent sectors will be Tourism and Urban sectors. Have demonstrated capability of handling large teams (coordination with internal and external stakeholders) in a multiple projects set up Have demonstrated capability of handling clients and client meetings single handedly Understand client requirements, project scope and deliverables direct project delivery and client meetings under guidance of Engagement Director Contribute towards Assess-Design-Develop-Deliver-Monitor process in various modules / projects team player and coordination with internal and external stakeholders etc. Overseeing work plans for client engagements and leading the delivery of defined project objectives (working on multiple projects) and seamlessly coordinate with other teams as necessary. Working on various Business Development activities including development of EoIs/ Proposals/Bids, prospective client presentations, achieving buy-in from key stakeholders and pursuit closure. Persons with good client connects will be preferred. Have demonstrated capability of managing good quality deliverables, project delivery and client connects. Willingness to travel on projects requirement on any day.
