The Team

As a member of the Business Operations - Operations Transformations - Digital Government team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various financial institutions solving key business problems across a broad spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Work you\'ll do

As a consultant, you will work in teams led by partners with colleagues and clientele belonging to financial services industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders.

Experience:

• Engage in project service delivery of complex Digital assignments
• Assessment of the requirement of the client
• Develop overall implementation solution plan, and serve as a lead as required, to implement the installation, customization, and integration efforts
• Strong Domain knowledge as per skillset candidate has applied for
• Should have been involved in design and architecture of the application for a particular skillset
• Experience with application servers as well as developing and integrating web services (If technically required)
• Produce technical documents such as BPR, FRS, SRS,DPR, RFP etc., detailed technical design document(LLD/HLD) to match the solution design specifications.
• Identify/create business opportunities related to e-Gov consulting /software /product marketing and have experience in Client/Stakeholder management.
• Preparation of proposal / technical presentations for meetings or any other client presentation
• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Working Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects.
• Experience in a software focused program/project management and in the business technology market in cloud computing and/or emerging technologies.
• Experience in understanding of architecting and developing large scale distributed systems.
