The team
Deloitte\xe2\x80\x99s Operations Transformation services are your entry point on the Operation Transformation journey, setting the goals, pace, and direction to fit your business objectives. Services include readiness, strategy, business case development, architecture and planning, governance and policy, and operating model transformation.
Scope of work
As a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Experience of architecture, design, and implementation of complex, highly available and highly scalable solutions
  • Experience in a broad set of technologies related to IT infrastructure and cloud to drive the adoption of Cloud in enabling the transition from traditional platforms to cloud-ready architectures.
  • Solve day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions

Job Summary:A Support Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving problems, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via various channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person, to address their questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer problems or issues, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company\'s products or services to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting to help them make the most of their purchase.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a systematic manner using customer support software or databases.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher levels of support or management as needed.
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with customers, even in challenging situations.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions, ensuring consistency and compliance with service standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop creative solutions to customer issues and adapt to changing circumstances.
