The Team As a member of the Operations Transformations - Power and Utilities team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals. We work in conjuncture with various financial institutions solving key business problems across a broad spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change. Work you\'ll do As a consultant, you will work in teams led by partners with colleagues and clientele belonging to financial services industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders. Skills Required Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge / experience in power and utilities domain (especially in subjects related to power distribution such as AMI/ Smart Metering, SCADA, Outage management System, Advanced Distribution Management System, Network Automation, Network studies such as system /load flow studies, Energy accounting, AT&C loss reduction, Experience in handling end-to-end IT/OT implementations and integrations in utilities like implementation of data analytics for digital solutions or integration of OT solutions with ERP/ Billing System/ mobile app/web portal etc. for power utilities Support for DPR preparation, bid advisory, policy and regulatory filing, procurement/ contracts/ Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments Possess sharp analytical skills and problem solving abilities Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing landscape Past experience in (consulting or industry): Private/ Public Power Utilities / Consulting organizations (with focus on power sector) /Research institutions/think-tank Qualifications B.E. / B.
