Skills Required Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge / experience in power and utilities domain (especially in subjects related to power distribution such as AMI/smart metering, network studies, system /load flow studies, DPR preparation, bid advisory, Energy accounting, AT&C loss reduction, policy and regulatory support, business/ utility transformation, procurement/ contracts or Experience related to IT/OT in utilities, implementation of digital solutions / ERP/ Operations technology, billing systems, data analytics, mobile app/web portal etc. for utilities) Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments Possess sharp analytical skills and problem solving abilities Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing landscape Communicate and interact effectivelywith senior client personnel for delivering engagements Past experience in (consulting or industry): Private/ Public Power Utilities / Consulting organizations (with focus on power sector) /Research institutions/think-tank Your role as a leader At Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
