Role: Figma UI/UX Designer

Location: Mumbai/Hybrid

We are seeking a talented and experienced Figma UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Figma UI/UX Designer specializing in B2B designs, you will be responsible for creating and/or altering user interfaces and experiences for our business-to-business (B2B) products and services. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Responsibilities: * Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and project requirements.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other team activities to contribute ideas and insights.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across multiple products and platforms.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of design projects.

Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, with a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with design systems and component-based design is preferred.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
• Passion for user-centered design and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences.
