Job Description

• Work closely with the Product Manager, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure a high level of Mobile App & website
• Conduct UX research and identify the users' needs and wants
• Translate concepts into user flow, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, user interface, and prototypes
• Implement best practices in user design methodologies
• Prioritize an intuitive user-centered design approach with rapid testing and iteration
• Present well-articulated UX design and IA decisions to teams, stakeholders, and prototypes.

• Plan, organize, and participate in ongoing usability testing and assessments
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset and knowledge of color philosophy and typography
• Create a user interface for various platforms, as per the requirement of the product
• Contribute to, and help create design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a UIUX Designer, with experience in B2C & B2B applications
• Passion to work in a start-up and grow with the company.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your thoughts and presenting ideas and concepts clearly to the product, engineering and design team
• Passionate about potential product offerings and innovation to conduct research on the industry's latest trends and technologies
• Commercially aware, self-motivated, and proactive
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential
• Experience in using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Vision, and other prototyping tools
