Job Description

We are hiring for our US based client who is in the commercial insurance space and has a significant acquisition pipeline. We are looking for experienced Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Consultants to prepare a comprehensive playbook focusing on post-acquisition activities. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders from IT, HR, and other key departments. We have several positions available, both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities & Requirements
**## Key Responsibilities** - Develop a detailed M&A playbook outlining tasks, responsibilities, and timelines for activities to be performed post-acquisition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Legal, and Operations to make sure the playbook is both comprehensive and implementable. - Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather essential input and insights. - Review existing post-acquisition processes and recommend areas for improvement. - Provide regular status updates to senior management. - Ensure the playbook is in compliance with legal requirements and best practices. - Train and guide internal teams on the effective use of the playbook. - Support post deal activities on a continuous basis. **## Qualifications** - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is preferred. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, ideally in a consulting capacity. - Proven track record in developing M&A playbooks. - Exceptional project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
