Geographical Scope of the Role - Location: US/UK/Other International Percentage of travel required: 10% Job Overview Improve overall One Global Sourcing efficiency by being responsible in execution of Sourcing process optimization and training This position will require someone who can think on their feet, quickly assess a situation and provide Supplier Management/sourcing consulting expertise and leadership This person must be resourceful and have excellent English and communication skills Job Responsibilities 25 % of Time Manage Financial Statements - Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements - Prepare annual budget - Schedule expenditures and analyze variances 50% of Time a) Process Enablement, b) Implement Supplier Management programme/S2P activities across the sourcing organization & ESC c) Facilitate Supplier Segmentation & category segmentation exercises annually/bi annually as required d) Cater to tickets/requests raised by buyers through various media such as Ask The Link or through emails. e) Support calendar management activities for In-Scope Suppliers/Suppliers identified as Strategic during the segmentation exercise. Activities can be - but not limited to the below : a. Conduct internal & external surveys b. Create & update Supplier scorecards c. Support buyers/sourcing managers in their risk management plans d. Create & improve supplier templates e. Leverage data & systems to provide actionable insights to the buyers f) Work with cross regional & cross departmental teams to achieve the overall objective of the Organization g) Ability to work with ERP systems such as SAP/Coupa/Ariba etc h) Support Buyers/Sourcing managers in their strategic activities i) Drive & Execute HMM initiatives at Team/Site/Org levels j) Be a part of IS testing support by replicating the same Scenario in Q environment ensuring that the enhancement done is as per the requirement and is functioning effectively in the systems. k) Participate in meetings as and when required to discuss progress on activities/ Incident ticket raised to ensure they are closed on a timely manner with the desired results. l) Maintain data accuracy in Operating systems by working with all the stake holders and adhering to set processes. m) Collaborate with Risk COE to support activities in Supplier Risk Management program. n) Lead Financial Risk Monitoring for Critical Suppliers & Refresh the Quarterly Financial Health Report(FHR). o) Support deployment of risk management tools such as Supplier Risk Index(SRI) p) Assign & Maintain Risk Mitigation Webforms to sourcing buyers & ensure timely completion. q) Communicate Risk Mitigation Webform (RMW) status to GSOC leadership committee in monthly meetings. r) Program manage Market intelligence requests raised by buyers. s) Work with different market intelligence vendors & teams to cater to buyer requests. t) Maintain & update internal sharepoint site with latest information. Manage category reports calendar on the sharepoint and publish them to stakeholders as per schedule. u) Arrange trainings, office hours and scoping calls with sourcing team as when required. Ensure requirements of request are understood/captured by Consulting Team to ensure successful delivery. v) Support Sourcing leadership and finance for inflation guidance for sourcing categories. w) Lead Biweekly Calls with to monitor progress of ongoing projects with consulting team & ensure KPI s are achieved .Give directions to consulting team for plan of actions x) Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with vendor and update leadership on feedback y) Co-ordinate with COE lead for Weekly connects & share status update on open issues 20% of Time Reporting and Data uploads a. Update/Upload data in the Segmentation tool leveraging Sourcing Vision. b. Create & share Dashboards with the Sourcing team on a monthly basis/as per expected frequency to evaluate the open/closed Incident reporting tickets/KPIs. c. Attend/Conduct consensus meetings with COE lead/Ops Lead/Buyer to review progress on projects. d. Provide accurate reports/presentation to buyers on projects lead or Surveys conducted by them e. Design and frame the spend analysis report based on the requirement of Sourcing Managers f. Deliver Quarterly Financial Health Reporting for critical suppliers g. Refresh Supplier Risk Index Report h. Publish Quarterly labour report for warehouses & plants 30% of Time Process Leadership i. Operate with high level of engagement that enables identification and proposal of potential standard process improvement. j. Actively get involved in learning the tool and the processes to engage yourself and lead the process. k. Develop standard communication template and standard operating procedures/OPLs. l. Maintain key process documents on sharepoint and conduct training internally and externally as required. m. Ownership of admin mailbox, used for triaging of requests raised by the buying team. n. Ability to operate with a Continuous Improvement Mindset and drive innovative solutions Education: Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors Preferred Major Area of Study: Supply Chain Management Preferred Professional Certifications: CSCMP, APICS Experience Minimum years of related experience required: 5 to 10 years Preferred years of related experience: 5 to 7 years Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed -Demonstrated inventory management, customer service, and production forecasting skills -Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines - Covered in the job responsibilities above Competencies/Behaviors required for job -Energizes and develops people -Anticipates market trends that will impact competitive advantage A.
