Our new NAB Innovation Centre India (NICI) will support NAB to deliver faster, better and more personalised experiences to customers and colleagues. Based in Gurugram, India, NICI will drive our innovation program and spark more opportunities.



Purpose

• The Senior Consultant within Lean Process Engineering in Capability and Delivery, Operational Excellence work across a range of activities that bring Process Transformation, Enterprise Workflow and Intelligent Automation solutions to life for our customers.
• Leveraging new ways of working, the Senior Consultant will apply lean thinking together with enterprise methodologies, tools and standards to lead the identification, scoping and delivery of optimised solutions that will maximise customer and business value.
• The Senior Consultant will partner with a cross functional team as applicable to deliver operational excellence initiatives (e.g., process re-engineering, intelligent automation, workflow) to drive positive & sustainable business impact across the enterprise.
• Usually working in a delivery squad, the Senior Consultant will be expected to lead and/or work closely with the squad members to ensure that the solutions are successfully delivered into the Business within agreed timeframes.
• The Senior Consultant is also expected to support and coach other team members as required.

Experience

• Leading & Delivering Large Transformation Projects within Financial Services or similar industry
• Strong demonstrated experience leading & delivering Business Improvement projects
• Demonstrated experience leading squads/project teams
• Agile Delivery Experience (preferred)

Qualification Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Engineering or related field
• Project Management (preferred)
