The candidate would be responsible to drive key deliverables in relation to legal & compliance areas and reporting at APAC level in collaboration with APAC & Group Legal & Compliance team. The candidate will be part of APAC Control & Compliance team. As part of this role, the candidate will be required to work across a broad stakeholder group in the Asia Pacific region to drive Group requirements. Job Title: Consultant - Ethics & Compliance : KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for updating and maintaining all APAC Compliance trackers. Responsible for putting together all monthly, quarterly and any adhoc reporting. Responsible for sending all market compliance packs including Code of Conduct affirmation, compliance training analysis monthly G&H reporting and analysis (including sending to and following-up with queries with all APAC markets) Monthly extraction of G&H reporting, analysis, and follow up and red flag resolution. Oversight of G&H review post review and analysis by Market resource. Support in any BPC extraction (For R&CC and Ad hoc basis) and analysis Quarterly APAC and Market G&H trend analysis for Markets and red flag analysis for Risk and Compliance Committee Meetings Reporting and analysis for Quarterly APAC Risk and Compliance Committee Meeting (R&CC) Investigations recordkeeping and filing and Quarterly investigation analysis. Innovate / design any new dashboard analysis for Compliance reporting DOI reporting and actions follow up Code of Conduct Affirmation Third Party Due Diligence check All governance follow -up, ACQ, Affliates, Risk and Compliance meeting. Analysis of market Risk and Compliance meeting minutes for the purpose of scoring, escalation and reporting out Track APAC Compliance Mail Box and reroute to the Cluster leads and APAC E&C Director as required Training - Collating, filing of training data and training analysis Responsible for APAC G&H comms and coordinating lead for Global comms. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS MBA in Finance with 3-5 years of experience Experience in Ethics & Compliance field would be a plus Location: Bangalore Brand: Bcoe Time Type: Part time Contract Type: Consultant
