about the role Looking for someone who have good experience on any Public Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) with expertise on Cloud Native DevOps & Application Modernization Solution and Security Solution. Key Result Areas Designing, creating High level and Low-level Architecture for customers on Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) Designing and implementing landing zones on the top of Hyperscalers Leading migrations, applying Cloud Adoption Framework and best practices Performing application modernization and designing microservices applications Designing and Implementing Kubernetes workload Building CI/CD pipelines and creating infrastructure as a code for the customer environment Enriching customer knowledge database with customer best practices and problem resolution Adapting customer observability according to needs Developing customized Dashboards for Visualizing customer requirements Providing analysis on best practices, security, costs, and its optimization for Leading customer operation calls and providing continuous operation consultation Implementing and operating FINOPS Solution Provide Level-3 support to Level-2 teams and Orange External / Internal customers Provide Knowledge Transfer to the L2 teams and other stakeholders Provide On-Call support on request basis Ensure the consistent Level-3 support for Development solution to Level-2 automation teams and customers Ensure the development and maintenance of Service and Product catalog Ensure service are available, reliable, and work at optimum performance Management of Mean Time To Restore Service targets Provision of technical consultancy to development plans and projects Ensure legal requirements are adhered to for the licensing (if required) Provision of effective and efficient running of the service and ensure its optimum performance Financial Budget responsibilities : N/A cost revenue/cost saving responsibilities: N/A People Management Reporting to role(direct) : N/A Total headcount under role (direct) : N/A Role impact on company policies and procedures : decision making: new and/or existing business about you 4. Do not state incumbent-specific information) Educational Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Any Public Cloud Certification Any DevOps Tooling Certification (Preferred) Relevant Experience Total 5 to 9 years of experience in Cloud Design, Development and management Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Native Services management and Application modernization Desired skills/knowledge Proven working experience in at least two Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as a code like Terraform, Cloud Formation, Azure DevOps, etc Strong knowledge of Cloud Design, migration strategy, and Cloud Adoption Framework Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Application modernization Strong knowledge of native microservices and Finops approaches Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerization technologies Strong knowledge of security best practices over hyper scalers Knowledge of at least one of the programming and scripting languages python is preferred Strong customer communication skills Proven experience on writing Python code for Automation Hands on knowledge for preparing HLD and LLD document for services Proven working experience in Git code management Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology networking/security solutions, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS Strong problem-solver, proven ability to sort through complex issues and actively participate in development of alternative solutions or approaches ITIL processes such as Incident management, Problem management, Release management etc.. 5.
