Understanding the target audience and understanding the value proposition Online & Offline Event Conceptualization: creating the theme in consultation with industry leaders, brief description & agenda Speaker Acquisition: Identifying Top C-Level level leaders, Subject Matter Experts & Policy Makers and inviting them to speak at our online/offline engagements Project Management: Coordinating with Speakers & Moderators, coordinating with the Marketing team, uploading all event details on the event website, and handling overall logistics to ensure the successful event.
