Responsibilities

• Create and lead plan with Events and Sales team on a tech expo
• Proactively work with Direct Report on different strategies to increase enduser database
• Create different sponsorship tiers and assets for sponsorship sales team to sell
• Manage logistics, operations and execution of tech expo
• Scout for venues and negotiate
• Set up meetings to run through the event logistics/ sponsor action items/ marketing etc when a sponsor signed up for an event.
• Provide sponsors with regular updates (via email and/or verbal) regarding event registrations, logistics, set up times etc..
• Provide sponsors with a post event report after the event
• Provide sponsors with a post event report meeting to run through event results
• Work with staging suppliers for expo in line with budget requirements
• Increase event registrations via working with sponsors and AP marketing/ events team to development marketing campaigns to encourage extra registrations eg. PR campaigns, prize draws for registrants before the event etc...
