Job Description

  • Candidate with minimum 2 years of working experience into UK Healthcare Industry.
  • Chasing documents for healthcare clients, nurses & support workers/HCA\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Maintaining and uploading documents
  • Verifying documents and face to face verification of ID documents
  • Maintaining existing candidate database
  • Experience of working on compliance software is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and email communication
  • Should have MS Office knowledge (excel, word)
  • Should have thorough knowledge of UK healthcare compliance.
  • Shift timings 1 to 10 PM or 2 to 11 PM IST
Roles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2Chasing Nurses and HCAs for required documents to make them compliant according to NHS guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2Maintenance of workable files & chasing due to expiry documents \xe2\x80\xa2Check all working candidate\xe2\x80\x99s documents for internal audit purpose \xe2\x80\xa2Coordinate with Recruiter and work accordingly on their priority candidates \xe2\x80\xa2Communicate with Client Manager if it\xe2\x80\x99s required for any candidate related to their documents \xe2\x80\xa2Follow up with candidates and recruiters \xe2\x80\xa2Communicate with Interviewer and book candidates for an interview as per their availability \xe2\x80\xa2Sort out references for candidates \xe2\x80\xa2Format candidate CV and check for CV gaps \xe2\x80\xa2Help candidates to book practical trainings in their locations \xe2\x80\xa2Assist candidates to get their blood reports done \xe2\x80\xa2Apply DBS, Access NI, PVG Disclosure and FTW on behalf of candidates \xe2\x80\xa2Check candidates RTW documents, NMC and DBS online and update on their files Job Type: Full-time Salary: 935,000.00 - 955,000.00 per month Schedule:
