Position Overview At Third Bridge, our Compliance framework is an integral part of our business and we are looking to hire a Compliance Associate dedicated to Third Bridge’s Community Generated Content (CGC) and Forum departments to join our Compliance team in Mumbai.
Forum involves moderated Interviews of industry experts which our clients can access transcripts of through our Forum portal.
CGC offers clients 1:1 expert consultations in return for their engagement being recorded, transcribed and distributed after a blackout period to our Forum clients. This is a content type of investor-led expert Interviews, expanding Forum's breadth and depth of coverage across companies and industries that are of interest to the investment community. Job Responsibilities In this role you will:

  • Review the subject matter of Forum and CGC Interviews and speakers
  • Review and approve interview transcripts, specifically to identify confidential information and other inappropriate content
  • Work with researchers and analysts to finalize content for publication
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
  • Serve as a compliance resource for Third Bridge
  • Work as part of a global team servicing the needs of stakeholders in multiple geographies and departments
Skills
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail for proofreading and identifying compliance issues
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex financial concepts from a compliance perspective
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across the organization, working with all levels and all offices globally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Previous legal, compliance, compliance audit or compliance risk experience strongly preferred
  • Law or other graduate degree preferred
