Were looking for someone who can work closely with the strategy, content product team in understanding the funnel and identifying user journeys for future current users Lead execution of marketing campaigns across channels including email, social, partnerships, and paid marketing to expand the reach of our marketing Responsibilities You should understand web3 trends in the market and channel the companys goals in the most profitable directions. You should be aware of IDO marketing and should have some experience in it. You should understand the launchpad business model for web 3 companies. Should have deep knowledge about Token Generation Events (TGE). Should have good knowledge about NFTs and Metaverse and their future. Identify the most important opportunities to drive step-changes in user growth, increase user engagement with new product features, and drive user adoption of existing features. Analyse, design, and optimise funnels to drive user action towards key desired actions that lead to higher retention. Design user growth experiments and create scaled user lifecycle programs that drive product adoption, engagement, and efficient spending. Clearly define the ROI and ROO for the Brand, Business and Corporate objectives. Influence and provide market feedback and knowledge sharing to cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Partner with internal/external development teams to rapidly ideate, deploy and refine product offerings. Set up and coordinate campaigns and monitor their performance with analytics. Develop and oversee measurement dashboard for marketing initiatives (eg, reach/awareness, user behaviour, efficiency, and sentiment metrics) in conjunction with consumer insights, growth, comms, data science. Design metrics to measure success for community growth and engagement, and report on them regularly. Establish go-to-market strategy for feature launches, major gaming NFT listings, and new market entry. Support and drive engagement through performance marketing, PR and Communications, community building, social media, etc Work and coordinate with regional teams in rolling out and executing global campaigns and strategies. Requirements Very strong grip on the concepts of Web 3.0 like Metaverse, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, NFTs etc 1-3 years of experience in marketing management, growth marketing or performance marketing. A strong track record of ideating and executing strategy for online communities, specifically focused on growth, engagement and retention. Possesses knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency and Crypto marketing. Possesses knowledge and practical experience of SEO, digital marketing, CRM tools. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, product management, or related fields. Having thorough knowledge and understanding of Gaming and Metaverse. Deep knowledge of the marketing strategy, channels expansions and product management in Web3.0 Quick to learn and adapt to the changing scenario. High on energy, dynamic individual, calculated risk-taking ability. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail oriented, creative, and innovative. Strong performance in building go-to market strategies and understanding how to push products in the current market trend. Deep analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills. Basic Traits Perform job duties and responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Meet or exceed performance expectations set by management. Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Continuously improve job knowledge and skills through training and education.
