: Job Summary: We are seeking a Communications Manager to drive internal and external communications for Bank of America in India. Based in Mumbai, this candidate will be responsible for media relations, reputation management, employee engagement and leadership communications among others. Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

• Promote and protect the bank’s brand and reputation through media relations
• Actively promote and position the bank’s business
• Support senior management in various internal and external engagements
• Lead employee engagement initiatives of the bank
• Work closely with regional and global communications teams
• Contribute to integrated communications planning across External Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Events and Environmental, Social and Governance

• Exceptional track record with 10 years plus experience with a multi-national financial services organization or similar complex global organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Understanding of Indian and international business media, with established media relationships
• Excellent understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance landscape.
• Experience in content creation for the financial services industry, preferably in corporate and investment banking
• An enthusiastic self-starter with multi-tasking abilities

• Develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of internal and external partners based on mutual respect, trust, teamwork and knowledge
• Ability to understand complex issues and take a considered, systematic approach when seeking resolution
• A team player with a can-do attitude and natural desire to strive for excellence
