EXPERIENCE: 4-5YR
REPORTS TO: Sous Chef, then Head Chef.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To prepare and make simple food and to demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our members.
DUTIES
\xe2\x96\xaa Assisting in the food preparation process
\xe2\x96\xaa Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
\xe2\x96\xaa Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
\xe2\x96\xaa Assisting other Chefs
\xe2\x96\xaa Helping with deliveries and restocking
\xe2\x96\xaa Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations
\xe2\x96\xaa Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
