Responsible for providing a product that exceeds our guest expectations, whilst maintaining PAP standards Execute the Menu Dishes as per Chefs Ordering Assit. The CDP/Sous Chef in Training the staff for production according to company Kitchen Standards Inventory, Availability of Menu and food Production Planning Daily Basis Understand the importance of FSSAI Standards Daily Preparations of Mize N Place Distributing the work role for designed menu of the day Other Requirements: 10th - 12th Pass A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role with Multi Cuisine Knowledge Strong Knowledge of Cooking Methods in their respected Cuisine, with cooking Temperatures Must Have High Speed with excellent Taste factor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
