We seek a highly motivated and strategic Commercial Marketing Manager to drive the growth and success of our business within the academic segment Commercial Marketing Manager - Academia will develop and execute effective Academia marketing strategies, collaborate with key stakeholders, and analyze market trends to generate demand and increase sales This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand and promote sales growth in academia. Create and implement targeted campaigns to increase reach, drive demand and enhance product acceptability. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solution Scientists and Portfolio Marketing, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities/initiatives within Academia. Utilize digital marketing platforms and tools to maximize reach and engagement with target customers. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness, evaluate ROI, and identify areas for optimization. Provide executive-level communication by presenting data analysis, critical trends, insights, and recommendations related to Academia Segment. Drive internal projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions and strategic collaborations. Maintain effective relationships with external partners, including dealers and target customers, to drive thought leadership and market Insights. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in the Academia Market with good knowledge of Biology Masters in biotechnology or Biochemistry or allied Sciences. Innovative, creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated with attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Establishes a sound scientific understanding of our as well as competition products Travel across India, alone or with the sales team, to meet customers and collect market feedback for data-driven decision making Proven track record in commercial marketing, specifically within the academia sector.
