What we are looking for Role: Command Center Experience Range: 2 - 9 Years Location: Kolkata Must Have: Hands-on experience in Incident Review in ServiceNow using defined quality criteria for all incidents and service requests . Experience in workflow-based logic and hands on experience using process templates, VBO design and build . Establish and maintain the status, event and threshold alerting mechanisms for in scope Windows, Network, Database, Backup and Storage, on-prem and in the cloud . Weekly monitoring and report anomaly to L1/L2 Team. Perform all necessary actions to mitigate and/or resolve L1 an d L2 issues, alerts, and notifications. Log all incidents into the Customers ITSM ticketing system for in scope services. Perform capacity and utilization reporting on monthly basis. Good to Have: Good Knowledge in incident, problem, request, change, knowledge, and continuous improvement processes. Should Treat customer concerns with high importance. Knowledge in Design and create reports to fulfill customer requirements
