Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will have a direct reporting line into the Executive Director and will be directly responsible for managing the operations team. You will be responsible for understanding the key metrics and risk components within the team and manage the team to meet the financial goals and objective put forth by the LOB, while partnering globally with all the Stake holders viz. Operations, QA & Technology teams.

  • You will manage people working within the team / department and strive improve performance standards attained
  • You\'ll manage team performance standards to achieve and exceed business expectations
  • You will manage resources and capacity across multiple projects simultaneously and ensure optimum utilization of resources with NIL impact to business operations
  • Identifies, manages and mitigates process risks and issues and timely escalation as necessary.
  • You will Coordinate the tracking and resolution of defects using the defect management process.
  • You have to provide Weekly Scorecard, Status Reporting and MIS.
  • Leads communication calls with Technology, QA, Business and Operations teams.
  • Provide regular status reporting to relevant business areas and build strong working relationships with technology, product and operations to succeed in delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master\'s Degree with 12 years of post-qualification experience with Minimum of 8 years of work experience in a Bank / Financial institution. Should have the experience of managing a team of 20-30 employees.
  • Strong Leadership, People Management, Capacity and Resource Management along with strong analytical ability and influencing skills
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to present concise, direct and timely communications to executives, management and key partners. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e., excel, word, power point, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and be self-motivating
