Plan and Create a strategy and roadmap againstthe Centre of Excellence goals & objectives for the year, track &monitor progress and report to the Leadership team on a periodic basis . At least 17 years of experience in US/ EU / UK - Life / Pensions / Annuities / Retirements domain operations .
