Codemonk is looking for an intern to join the Marketing department. We are in search of an individual who can provide valuable assistance to our team in a variety of tasks, such as conducting market research, coming up with B2B brand strategies and roadmaps, managing social media, creating compelling content, and more.- What will you do?- - Creating and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, linkedIn Marketing and events.- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.- Create B2B content material like sales deck, emails and other promotional materials- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive website traffic and generate leads.- Content creation, writing blog posts, social media posts, and website copy.- Manage social media accounts and creating engaging social media content.- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve results.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide fresh ideas and insights.- Requirements:- - Currently pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Knowledge of Digital marketing channels and best practices.- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.- Experience with data analysis and reporting.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
