JobDescriptionCNC sales specialist (1-2 person) Prime FunctionTo increase CNC sales of VEINAS MACHINERY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED into Indian market.KeyResponsibilities Acquire and maintain a high understanding of the VEINAS CNC product line. Establish and maintain effective contact with the customer base, in an efficient and economic manner, prospecting in all appropriate industries in your responsible territory. Through consultative selling and after-sell service, enhance customer satisfaction and increase competitive advantage whilst developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the territory. Advise and sell to customers the correct solution to meet their application requirements. Maintain territorial market and competitive awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities. Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact VEINAS sales. Collect and analyses market research data to identify new business opportunities for potential growth. Develop and execute an annual sales plan for the assigned territory and update accordingly. Develop accurate and realistic quarterly and annual budget plans with the Sales Manager or director. Manage personal expenses budget and track expenses on a monthly basis. Meet or exceed sales targets whilst complying with management requirements of VEINAS. Execute pricing strategy and negotiate contracts, ensuring they are accurate and timely. Ensure that customer information is regularly entered in the customer relationship management system and that reporting in produced an accurate and efficient manner. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other members and involve them with product- related queries as required. Attend trade exhibitions, training and workshops as required. Sales reports are provided in a timely manner, and adhere to management requirements of VEINAS. Customer relationships are maintained and improved through exceptional customer service. Budgets are well managed and adhered to. Reporting is of a high quality and administered in a timely manner. Company processes are adhered to and improved through innovative thinking.PersonSpecification Prefer college or undergraduate majors in automation, mechanical manufacturing, marketing, and electrical engineering. At least 3-5 years of work experience in CNC selling market. Can provide have been proven good CNC sales achievement . Have enough potential CNC customers. Prefer local citizen. Down-to-earth, know that many occasions require not only speaking but also hands to solve problems, The drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals. Ability to work well in a group, sharing ideas and problem solving. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills such as time management and prioritizing. A flexible approach and the ability to influence others. Ability to keep company trade secrets An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy. Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows software. Prefer applicants to provide more personal information (family, hobbies, specialties, etc.) for the company to judge.
