Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator Location: Nachiarkoil, K. Pudur, Vagaikulam, Tamil Nadu, India : We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team in the heart of Tamil Nadu\xe2\x80\x99s traditional craft industry. This role is pivotal in producing high-quality brass items, including master patterns for lamps, staircase balusters, and various artisanal brass products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating CNC Lathe Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate CNC lathe machines to turn brass bar stock into precise components. 2. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. This includes using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques. 3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance on CNC lathes and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation. 4. Pattern Making: Work closely with design teams to interpret and create master patterns for various brass items, ensuring each piece reflects the artistic vision and technical requirements. 5. Material Management: Efficiently manage brass materials, ensuring minimal waste and optimal use of resources. 6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other team members, including designers, artisans, and supervisors, to ensure project requirements are met and to contribute to a cohesive work environment. 7. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant workspace. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a CNC lathe operator, particularly with brass or similar materials. 2. Technical understanding of CNC machinery and tools, including programming basics. 3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications. 4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 5. Basic understanding of maintenance procedures for CNC machinery. 6. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Benefits: 1.
