Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior CNC Lathe Operator with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Infinitalent Consulting (P) Ltd in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup
• Ability to operate precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality consciousness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and protocols

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision turning operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Select and install the appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and other machine accessories
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain correct dimensions
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine and tooling issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
