Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and Supervising the tele-callingcollectionagencies and in-house teamfor Two-Wheeler loans and ensuring smooth flow of work.
- Responsible forcollectionsandrecoveryof overdue payments from customers identified in bounce and to maximize overall profitability.
- Guiding and driving thecollectionforce to achieve the set targets of their respective locations.
- Making calls on high risk delinquent accounts, settling accounts and resolving customer queries.
- Responsible to achieve the target in from Risk X to Written off cases and to reduce the delinquency rate of the locations.
- Ensuring all process parameters set by the company are adhered and monitored
- Responsible for hiring newcollectionexecutive for the locations
- Taking regular reviews from all the collectors for the assigned pool
- Managed pre-emi team making reminder calls to make customer aware of the payment dates and managing and follow up with the tele calling agency for case resolution
- Execute plans as per the MIS reports on number of cases, current portfolio size of Front-End cases and strategizecollectionsandrecoverybased on resolution trend, bucketing etc.
