Job Description
- Drive the organization\'s strategy for Loan against Property (LAP) product for the region.- Defining regional strategy for LAP business and execution of the same - Planning & implementing competent regional sales plans for LAP to ensure regional level goals are over achieved.- Identifying the channels for sourcing business leads and signing up with them- Responsible for allocation of geography at team level - work closely with team members on geography mapping & review the progress at regular intervals.- Relationship management with key stakeholders & DSA, connector partners & individuals- Work jointly with team on sales pitches to agencies & customers- Team management - train, lead, coach and motivate a team of sales managers (ref:updazz.com)
